Our Approach

At ElgoogTek We believe in MVPs and phased releases. We are Scrum Certified shop though we also follow test-driven methodology as well for some clients and sometimes hybrid of the two based on the use case and the client’s preferences.

We support small startups to mid-size and all the way to enterprise initiatives. We are flexible, transparent and highly collaborative and cost effective for any budget. Our resource planning is customized for each project. Roadmaps are important to follow but are expected to be broken. We strictly follow customer performance indicators.

We are structured as a hybrid onshore/offshore organization, we utilize collaboration tools to manage this hybrid setup. Our project managers are certified by PMI.

Discovery

Gather requirements, determine all compliance requirements if any, perform just enough analysis and determine solution landscape.

Design

Create Wireframes UI/UX with formal client design approval.

Execution

Iterative methodology with boxed sprints and follow best practices for design, development, testing and deployment. Start with an a minimal viable product and then iterate according to evolving requirements.
